tbje Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the tbje platform at tbje.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on the platform. These documents, read together, form the complete agreement between you and tbje.

Your acceptance of these Terms is given each time you log in to your tbje account and each time you place a wager or conduct a transaction. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using the tbje platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

tbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use tbje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own name and for your own personal account. You may not register on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by tbje from using the platform.
• Online gaming must not be illegal under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.

tbje reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. You may be required to provide identity documents including a national ID, passport, or utility bill to confirm your identity, age, and address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by tbje may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one tbje account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts will be voided, and any withdrawals pending from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbje account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tbje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tbje support immediately.

Account Closure and Suspension

tbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where closure is required for responsible gaming reasons. tbje will take the following actions in respect of closed accounts:

• Accounts closed for Terms violations will have any remaining balance reviewed and may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• Accounts closed at a player's own request in good standing will have any eligible balance paid out within the standard withdrawal processing time.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances.
• Dormant accounts (inactive for more than twelve months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in tbje's dormancy policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Deposits

All deposits to your tbje account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted. tbje supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to your bank's approval and applicable fees).

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your tbje account at any time, provided your account is in good standing, your identity has been verified, and no withdrawal restrictions are in place. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw during an active bonus rollover will result in the bonus being voided.
• tbje reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard KYC requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Currency

All tbje account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tbje does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. The ৳ symbol used throughout the platform refers to BDT.

tbje offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and other cultural and sporting milestones relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at tbje unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses and free spins are valid for the period specified in the individual bonus terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is completed will be removed from the account without compensation.
• tbje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and subject to an active rollover will not be retrospectively affected by such changes.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. tbje may withhold or void a bonus where it believes the player is using automated software, employing a betting strategy designed solely to extract bonus value, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse.

Welcome Bonus

New tbje players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is made. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, and expiry period are detailed in the welcome bonus terms displayed during the registration and first-deposit process. Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who have previously self-excluded and had their exclusion lifted are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbje platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any bonus funds voided, and any winnings that arose from or were influenced by the prohibited conduct may be withheld.

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or conduct transactions.
• Creating or using more than one tbje account, or facilitating the creation of duplicate accounts for others.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or defraud tbje or other players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time when information is requested by tbje.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. tbje is required to report suspicious activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will not be paid out.

tbje employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tbje will act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tbje platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the tbje platform or its content without the prior written consent of tbje. Unauthorised use of tbje's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbje shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether scheduled or due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond tbje's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional terms.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tbje's liability for death or personal injury caused by tbje's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. tbje's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbje account in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

tbje reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — tbje will provide notice by posting a prominent update notification on the platform. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without specific notification. Your continued use of the tbje platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Account Termination by tbje

tbje may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where: you have breached these Terms; tbje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; tbje is required to do so by law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or the account has been dormant for a period as defined in tbje's dormancy policy. On termination for cause, tbje may withhold any balance pending investigation. On termination at a player's own request, any eligible balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, together with tbje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbje with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. tbje's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of tbje's right to enforce that provision in the future.
